Works well, reconnects well when disconnected, but annoying to deal with the load time. They have ads for some reason despite the fact that we bought their product and then it takes a few seconds to connect to the camera, so especially when I want to switch back and forth between this app and another, it reloads the whole app nearly every time I leave it even for just a second

You spend money on their products (cameras) and on top of that they use their app to bombard you with lots of ads before you can even reach the app itself to make use of it. no decency , I'm returning their products because of their app. literally unacceptable. Imagine you buy a new car and every time you get to start it you have to listen to 4/5 commercial ads otherwise the car won't start drive. Mayhem.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I really don’t recommend this brand. I bought the camera, but the app is filled with ads. You have to watch an ad before you can even access the camera, and sometimes ads pop up for 10–20 seconds while you’re viewing. It’s extremely annoying and feels like a scam — I already paid for the camera, I shouldn’t have to deal with this. I’m switching to Yoosee cameras instead, which work normally without any of these interruptions.
