I am facing a serious problem while trying to use my Dutch-Bangla NexusPay account from Malaysia. Whenever I attempt to log in or make a transaction, the OTP takes too long to arrive. The system gives me only one minute to enter the OTP, but usually, the OTP reaches my mobile after the time has already expired. Because of this, I cannot complete any transaction. In addition, the NexusPay app is very slow and often becomes unresponsive, which makes the situation even more difficult.

I am disappointed by limitation that prevents funds transfer unless an ATM, debit, or credit card is linked to the account. Not everyone has access to these cards. It would be greatly appreciated if the bank could allow funds transfers using alternative methods such as SMS OTP verification, without forcing customers to have a physical card. Digital banking should be inclusive and flexible. Please consider adding this feature for greater accessibility and convenience.

The new UI is possibly the most hideous thing I laid my eyes on. Looks more like a circus than a banking app. Anybody accustomed to the previous version probably would feel the same way. The previous version was fine, just debug the software issues and make other bank transfers easier without having to add beneficiaries for every other transaction.
