Ratings and reviews

the app is closed for maintenance quite often; there are multiple steps to be done to complete UPI payments and transfers (unlike my other bank and UPI apps); and in the 2 months I've had it, I've had to uninstall and install 3 times whenever my mobile phone gets some sort of update as it thinks it's been downloaded into a new device.

Still simple things like meaningful text not possible, very restrictive text fields in size n symbols a "don't, . " not possible. Seems bit early n many teething issues. Needed to install twice to get going... some features r not working. Still a useful mobile app for convenience. Hope with more testing n really taking notice of the feedbacks the system becomes better n robust. This is after installation and login with brief look in.

I'd highly suggest not to keep any Down Time fr App, having 6 hours of downtime regardless of any time is not acceptable I was unable to open new account for my family and I was completely unable to open app to check the lastest ransactions and balance too. There's no WhatsApp banking as well. This is a serious issue, other private banks doesn't have downtime this often and even if they do they just have for specific services like UPI not whole banking app. ***KINDLY MAINTAIN ZERO DOWNTIME***
