This is worst courier service, there pickup agent don't even try to call you, they just ignored my pickup even after following up with them every 30 mins. Then it gets rescheduled and automatically gets cancelled without even informing me. There is no way you can reach out to customer care. You will just get message delivery cancelled. This happened twice.

Pathetic app. I was supposed to get two packets. They delivered one and misplaced the other one. I can see there are many complaints where they are losing things in transit. Seems like they are doing these things deliberately. This act is known as Stealing, Team. You must be sued for such malpractices. Also, I've raised the complaint via the app, and you'd do nothing. Users, kindly use other courier apps but don't use delhivery. But if you want to lose your goods in transit you're free to go.
