daily mood & sleep tracker w/ optional journal entry. Gives weekly, monthly, and yearly stats. Super helpful. My only complaint is that you can't back up data to a cloud but there's an option to export/import json file . So I export my data every month. All in all , a great app.

Pretty good. This is the app I'm actually using btwn it, How We Feel, and Moodistory which I got all at the same time to try. I wish that: you could add your own feelings; the pop ups with the (sometimes funky) definitions of the words could be turned off; & the feelings scrolling when all are open could scroll any two columns at a time rather than snapping to predetermined sets of 2 columns. Eg can see col 1&2 or 3&4 but not 2&3. I've also had the app crash a few times when adding new tags.

I love its simplicity and I love its flexibility. Pixy lets me note how I'm doing without overthinking it - a quick selection of a colored box and I'm on my way! And if I want, I can pick an emotion from a list. The list is profoundly helpful with learning to name and tame emotions. Again, if I want, I can add easily track sleep by selecting an icon. And if I want to use Pixy more like a journal than a tracker, I can do that too! I don't have to use it the same way each time.
