Great Really enjoying the different exercises - keen to start the ones for children with my son. Only glitch is doesn't show minutes on my profile screen but does show sessions. Must be recording as just got 75 minute badge so only a minor issue really. Voice is soothing and comforting - had been struggling to find a non American. Thank you - using it most days.
This app is wonderful. I used it intermittently for a while but only recently have been using every day and it's changing my life for the better. I'm working through the adult program and I've noticed positive changes in my life; better sleep, more appreciation of the small joys I used to not even notice, less anxiety... there are a couple of tiny glitches ie timer doesn't work but otherwise for a free app this is phenomenal!
All or nothing! The main thing I didn't like about this is you can't skip anything. You always have to start at the beginning. About my second or third or fourth session, because I didn't have the music on I thought the session was over so I stopped the recording. The session had about three seconds of Silence left. When I started I started for the next session it was impossible to start until I replayed the previous session entirely from the beginning. Forget it. I'm deleting it.
I loved the app until the updated "security". I am apparently now locked out and am it will not accept my log in information. When I try to change the password to see if that fixes the problem it sends me the link to my email, then when I try a reset says the email account is not valid. Really? If it won't work it will have to go.
Was a sceptic, now convinced! Wow! Impressive stuff! I thought the idea of 'body awareness' meditation with a broken arm was asking for trouble, but just the opposite. Only two days after I first tried it, I found myself *instinctively* reacting to overwhelming achiness in my arm (ran late with the pain meds) by focusing, breathing - and successfully relegating the pain to 'just' my arm, clearing my thinking. I never would've believed it without giving it a go. It's free, and it can fit into any spare 2-3 minutes you have. Give it a go!
The app itself is great. I'd love to continue using it, but a few days ago it logged me out for no apparent reason and doesn't let me log back in. Seems like it's a common problem.
