Unusable due to extreme data charges. ​I am very disappointed that Dialog customers are now being charged for data when using the VIU app, as the consumption is far too high. The app uses approximately 1GB for every 1 hour of viewing. This means watching a full one-day cricket match would cost upwards of 10GB of mobile data. This makes the service completely unaffordable for regular use. I'm deleting the app until this data consumption/charging model is fixed.

The worst app ever. Earlier it was working fine. But now I cannot play even a local channel. I called the technical devision and explained the issue. The lady who answered the call said that they will send a command and it will work and hang-up the call quickly. Still I can't play any channels. And my rating is a big 0 (Zero) for both the app and the technical support.

This was one of the best apps for streaming TV, and I have been using it since the beginning. However, the latest interface changes have made it very frustrating. There is no option to deactivate packages, and the swipe feature for changing channels is problematic, accidental channel changes often occur. Despite having a stable internet connection, the stream crashes frequently, displaying the error message "Video currently unavailable, please check your network connection or try again later."
