Ratings and reviews

it would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the access to the key box. I really can't understand why it couldn't have been placed somewhere more accessible. We had a week in Seaton, then moved on to West Bay, and all the key boxes were mounted on an exterior wall by the entrance door. Also, at 74 years of age, we found it difficult to use the shower as the only hand rail was on the wall at the opposite end of the bath and the reaction is to hold onto the shower screen which swings outwards.

I have to say booking through the Sykes Cottages app was a breeze. The app was easy to use, and I loved all the detailed info about the property, including reviews from other guests. When I had a question, the customer service was super helpful and got back to me fast. Plus, managing my booking from my phone was very convenient. If you're looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation rental booking experience, I totally recommend the Sykes Cottages app.

advertise £10 off for booking on the app but it isn't applied (nor can they help when you ring although rep very pleasant) and extra £5 snuck in for low deposit so not really £20 at all!
