booked with sykes like i do all the time,when booking i mistakenly pressed the flexible option thinking i was paying deposit and that i can keep paying when ever and how much was up to me ,so i wouldnt have to pay all at once in two installements.Sykes didnt help me with this.Didnt answer emails,messages,didnt help with phone calls.basically saying well you shouldnt have choose that option.Absolutely dissapointed i will not be booking with sykes after this holiday.

An honest review Some house keeping issues on arrival, but nothing that we could not rectify, but disappointing all the same. The cottage was beautiful but some of the furniture needs replacing and some areas need some TLC. I would have preferred to find, milk on arrival along with other little complimentary items mentioned when the booking was made. The location is perfectly situated and only a 10 minute walk into Hathersage where there are loads on independent deli's, restaurants, inns etc.
