Ratings and reviews

I have used them for many years and have never had any issues. simple booking, good communication and great holiday accommodation. All you could need really.

The Sykes app is brill, but there appears to be a bug in both Android & Apple vers. When trying to select preferred deposit value you are presented with 3 ‘radio button’ options - low deposit, full price or standard deposit. If I select any option & try to proceed the app errors & tells me I need to select option! If I change selection error still occurs. However, if I select an option twice (ie. press same ‘button’ twice in succession) it will let me proceed - minor bug - very frustrating!

Fir Trees provides very nice accomodation. We found the property to be very comfortable, and the Owners have obviously gone to great lengths to ensure that everything a guest needs is available. There is a good, powerful shower, and plenty of hot water. The property is well situated for all parts of Snowdonia, North Wales and Anglesey. There are plenty of sites and things to do in the area. In particular, I would like to recommend Gypsy Woods which provides fun and entertainment for children.
