Ratings and reviews

Was a regular user of this app but lately unable to access it. The Android app won't proceed beyond the flash screen. But somehow the iOS version seems to at least work. Also, feels like they're adding too much stuff to the app. It seems more and more heavy and sluggish. And I am using a phone with SD 8+ processor and 12 gigs of RAM so hardware is definitely not the issue. Also using a broadband that seamlessly runs HD content on OTT platforms so neither is network speed an issue.

I have been a pro user of this app for nearly an year now and it has been working well. But recently, the app has been glitching a lot and I keep getting logged out of it when I try to read any reviews on the forum. The trouble has persisted for about a month and clearing cache and data hasn't helped at all. Disappointed and frustrated with the app.

Hi, the link you provided has no option to give details. There is a chat option but no suitable choice given to report. It was working fine until last update. Since then, it is crashing within 1 min of launching. After launching the app, and ad comes up (Motilal Oswal ad), if we close it, MC app also closes, but it will be running in the background. If I open it, same happens again and this goes on. Uninstalled, restarted the phone and installed again, but no use.
