About this app

Bloodkad is an app that helps to streamline and ease the blood donation process which puts the power to save a life in the palm of your hand.

The main objectives of the mobile app is to: -
- Build and strengthen the blood donation community;
- Reach new blood donors;
- Encourage regular blood donations; and
- Maintain a healthy blood stock level;

The app enables users to do online pre-screening for their blood donations, track their health, get notified on the eligibility of their next donations, book appointments for blood donation slots and view upcoming blood donation drive events.

With new features, users can now view current blood stock levels and send blood request for patients, unlock badges and earn points by donating and doing other blood duties in order to redeem rewards. They can share blood donation activities by taking pictures and sharing it with their circle, and create teams under Community to compete in the leaderboard.

1. Unable to contact support for HELP. 2. After creating a team, unable to invite friends & family to join team. 3. Team list isn't up to date. Although team request has been approved. 4. Unable to even find the team name by searching for the team name. (tried on 2 different accounts) 5. Teams that have not given any contributions should be removed, where there is only 1-3 person in the team with zero lives saved. (In current community list, I can see 20 such teams)

The app doesn't shows the actual frequent donating info, points collection doesn't sync with its collected history and NO option to clear the notification.

I've donated blood during our company blood donation drive but somehow that donation is not recorded in this app under my name. Also app keeps saying please update to latest version but can't seem to update from PlayStore. No update button to click on
