officials doesn't understand the problem and they not accept application faults. trip showing 10 km means thats it, if customer said to go more 10 km badrgo not counting extra km or extra time. no waiting charge no cancellation charge, even customer cancelled the trip, application will block driver. they don't know if they did this all to driver, they will loose customer also. because of driver behaviour customer will change the application. if they care driver, they will growup. Otherwise sory

Some adding option,,,, like destination system, customer pin code system, maps rad system, and Always time informd driver which location have too much customer, and any festival informed the driver... This issues are updating in your system..

Think if you start a trip, it will be 10 km, if you start a location, it will be 12 km, 13 km, etc. After that. the passenger will say go on this road. go on that road, 16 km.17 km. Their fixed fare is not theirs or the passenger's loss, they are eating away at the rights of every driver. Earn halal income, do not steal the rights of others.
