It's a nice alternative in the sense of being cheaper... however, drivers always get lost & come late then for some reason, I get "waiting fees" charged for me while I have been standing on the street for over 20 min.. Happened to me multiple times... now I would rather a more expensive taxi app with punctual times & no hidden fees

after booking the ride, there is no way to navigate to any other screen other than the tracking page. there is no way to contact the support. there is no card payment, only pre-filled wallet option, which is not ideal at all. drivers would leave your trip request pending with them and after 10 minutes, they would decide that the location is far and ask you to cancel. finally, the location is not updated automatically, and the app keeps disconnecting and refreshing which is very inconvenient

My last rating was 3 now dropping to 1 after recent updates. earlier I was able to book a ride but now it's on total luck. the driver arrives at the destination but the app doesn't update the location in real time as it did before. sometimes the booking screen won't even come and after clicking multiple times they all come together (too slow response) If I leave the app it says reconnecting when I come back to the app, why disconnect in the first place? (My battery optimization is off)
