The service when it works is great. $3 for a ride around town is a helpful when you cant get a car. But you can't schedule rides that arent 7 hours ahead of time and even than sometimes you genuinely can't get a ride even than. Hope the service get more support soon otherwise its gonna be as useful as just walking to the places you need to go.

Decent app. Very basic. You have to be careful creating an account, it only asks for your password 1 time, it's hidden behind stars, and there is no view button. This design flaw was fixed with a password show, or by typing it 2 times about 20 years ago, but were behind on the times aparently

Pretty much same as everyone else's experience. Drivers are phenominal, but you'll schedule a ride and have them show up 10 minutes early (if you're lucky) or 20-30 minutes late. Don't bother calling, as they'll tell you 30-45 minutes before your scheduled time that the driver is running late. Seems that 30-45 minutes is ample time to correct running late. I've talked to some of the drivers, and their system doesn't even prioritize scheduled rides over people requesting them for "now" pick up.
