Lab review is not functional, results do not display from the labs tab at all. They only display if I go into an individual chart and then go to labs, where there's no issue, but that's far too time consuming. Refills are not functional, you cannot "approve with changes" and due to issues with eCW's prescribing in the first place and how pharmacies change the appearance of an Rx, I use it for about half my refill requests. Surprised at lack of function for such an old app.

With the last update, I could no longer log in. Like everyone else, cannot get past the 6 digit "quick" pass code. I saw a review that stated if you clear the cache it would allow you to get back into the app. I also had to erase all the old data. Go into the app section and go into storage. Clear everything out and start from scratch. It now works fine.

Have had issues in accessing visit summaries in mobile app. Instead of seeing the summary, it states: issues with visit summary. Extremely aggravating and a waste of time. Have unistalled and installed app on phone more times than I wish to remember. It does not work, no matter how many unistall and reinstalls. If the app exists, it should be totally functional. eClinical should have already fixed the healow app.
