The app is incredibly unresponsive, with little indication that you have selected anything. Much of the processing happens without informing the user that something is loading or processing. Also, it is literally impossible to change it password. There are multiple issues with the process, including waiting until the service sends you a recovery code before moving to a new screen. The button doesn't react to input. Finally, pushing submit on the new password does not seem to do anything.

Works fine for me. Fairly easy to use. Easy to use, the parts that actually work! Cannot access billing or records/visit summary. No online support and in person support acknowledges that there is a problem with the app, but the only solution offered is to call the office directly for the information I'm looking for! Reducing my rating to 1 star.

Not quite as intuitive as I expected it to be by now. Additionally, too many restrictions are placed on the users as far as adjusting personal information. For instance, a complete inability to change ones home address, or to challenge (incorrect) information filled out by their medical practitioner. They are not omniscient, they make mistakes. An app centered around managing your personal health history/information should actually allow you to manage/adjust such information (within reason).
