a good place to shop, especially if you want to try new things but dont want to overpay. fantastic customer service and communication, never had a problem with payments since they take PayPal and my info is secure; for 2 years I've never had an issue. BUT - recently, they changed to "local warehouse" only, which means you now pay for shipping. everything from temu is free shipping, but local stuff is $2.99 unless you spend $30 from that specific seller...which is impossible. terrible change.

Grind my gears! always spamming with their free or 0.01c offers, and when you do buy, they ask to buy more and more to get free. I hate how when they're giving "special offers," you can't search what you actually like. The options are based on recent searches. oh yeah as soon as you place an order, they snatch$$ $ right out but it'll take days to get a refunds

I think they have access to your bank account? I only get sent offers for credits back after purchasing and legit 90% off things when my account is at $0 lol. the "real" before discount prices are not real, I've had things in my cart go from $40 while "on sale" to $20 original price. other than that, before I noticed the bank account thing, it's all been great. that's just weird if they actually have access like that, the US was skeptical in the first place for reasons like that tho so...
