Who are you tech guys building your apps? Kopasmart loan app not accepting KYC verification, KB app not accepting registration clicking submit and just hanging there as if I've done nothing in filling the required fields. Kindly do something better

I entirely depend on online banking to conduct my transactions because I don't like carrying hard cash around. That's why this app comes in handy, but sometimes it just stops and doesn't respond especially during weekends. one time i could not access my money for the entire week. You can imagine the inconvenience.
