ENOC Pay is a smart mobile app that allows users to pay for ENOC products and services.

Customers can pay for Fuel, VIP top-up (including auto top-up option), and ZOOM purchases by linking their credit card to the app, and pay automatically in a fast, easy and convenient way with their mobile phone.

Once users register and create an account, they have to link to an active mobile payment format (credit card).
Then customers can use their smartphones to pay for purchases.
Payment is through two options:
1. Manually select pump number and POS number (ask staff for help)
2. Scan QR code on the display

Ratings and reviews

Constantly freezes. When working, doesn't identify the station or gives me more stations in the same spot. If we identify the station, it doesn't link with the pump. I had it for 2 months, and it never worked for me. Very frustrating. The poor, uneducated employees can't help. I caked l called customer service many times, they say nice things, promise to call me back, but never did. This app is getting uninstalled.

Terrible experience. App payment went thru. Zoom guys said they won't honour it, they don't see it. Had to pay them as well. Double payment. Called customer service, guy says sorry I don't see your enoc pay payment. Can't help you. It's supposed to make things faster. Just complicated a bunch of things for me. Train your guys, do a trial run, fix issues, before you release a payment app for the public.

Terrible App. It sent me atleast 6 mobile pins before finally accepting one. It takes so long just to send a verification pin. It takes too long to send a simple confirmation sms. Also, when I tried to add a card or link a card, I went through the process (which you can only do from the settings). It debited AED 1 but it still did not credit it back to my account. Further, my card was never even added! It just took 1 dirham from me. You're better off using the website. Don't try the app.save time
