A lot is easy, but, for example, there's no way to cancel a print job, the search feature doesn't even answer if it can't be found -- just a message to in answer to that would be good. It's a serviceable little machine, but for some of it, being a 20 year IT veteran was necessary, mostly regarding how to coordinate between app and printer.

In a word, painful... extremely painful... and frustrating... 2 Epson printers, both on the wifi network with "excellent" signal strength... both "supported" by Smart Panel... both displayed in Smart Panel... yet Smart Panel can't seem to "communicate" with either to actually print something... and none of the troubleshooting suggestions are the problem... no apparent recourse other than to NOT BUY EPSON... other print apps are NOT SUPPORTED by Epson, yet their own app simply DOES NOT WORK!

I accidentally entered the wrong password at setup. The app would NOT let me try again. It sent me to a website with instructions that were VERY UNCLEAR and did NOT show my printer's panel. I finally figured out how to do it, then the app said to connect my device, with a "close" button--AND NO HELP. Then I tapped a different button on the app and FINALLY it connected. THEN I PRINTED AN IMAGE. 😡😡😡😡😡 It cut the image off!!! I was hoping Epson's app would be better than Canon's. HELLLLLP!
