smart app is ok. it gives you info about your account. but if you try to print but it says printer "unavailable" i hate to say this but the fastest & simplest solution is unplug it, then plug it back in. !WARNING!!! HP has autosystem answering all calls, if person answers hang up! if you do troubleshooting with hp tech & they say to call another number for a better tech DO NOT it is scam. the number you call insists the only way to help is give them full access. then they try to steal your $
