What is going on? I can't login my banking app keeps saying there was an error and call for assistance. I need to check my balance and see that a transaction was taken out for something. Please fix the issue. I did notice the app was updated the 1st of March but come on like 9 days later and now I have an issue.

Most features work properly. I signed up to try Zelle in order to transfer money to an outside account and it worked one time. Now, everytime it acts like it is going to load after I click on it and just goes to a blank screen. It is pretty annoying.

I love the app & would be 5 stars if FFCB had budgeting tools available like other local banks have. Having FREE options for anyone watching their accounts spiral downward in this economy could be a game changer & help customers make needed changes. FFCB has pretty good customer satisfaction ratings so this should be an option available immediately to further increase ratings and customer retention. Budgeting may be available on the website I'm not sure as I use the app on my phone.
