It was ok and fine at first. I have been a loyal customer until today. I paid all my upcoming dues and they blocked my account permanently saying that it was the security matter. Effing shid! You expect people to be on time for payment and you disrespect me paying in time. Too bad I earned A for credibility, so much for being on time. And they tried to re-explained. Something about security. So silly. How come a customer is paying all the upcoming dues becomes a security matter. 😁

It's difficult to get a loan here, but only selected people can.😊 but I was forced to lower the review rating because my credit score was lowered by KREDIVO for the reason of late payment. Even though I paid right on the due date 😊

Apps is great. But the customer service is not good at all. Long queue. Very small time to react. Tickets easily closed. Really not good customer service.
