They aren't very expensive, but very accurate for tracking and worth buying. I know it's not set up as well as many other apps, but for the price and pinpoint accuracy, it's worth it. And for other reviewers having issues with it not staying open in the background, you need to adjust your phone's settings to allow unrestricted battery use and turn off the battery saver for that app. Any questions, just ask. I also had to uninstall the app I had before and reinstall it. Because it was changed.

Outdoors Explorer
The app is simple, BUT I have had nothing but problems. After you initially set up your tags and to them for the first time, and either close out the app or leave it running in the background, the tags disconnect. Then when you try to reconnect to them, it won't connect. Even if you have the tag sitting beside your phone. How in the world are you supposed to use the tags if you can't connect to them?!! There's no way to contact any kind of support to help you either.

not ready for prime time. no way to delete a device. I have 2 versions (V 1.1 and V G_1.9.9) and both are flaky. They both drop devices (not sure if it's the device or the app), neither of them will re-hook up to a device when it's close (you have to stop and restart the app) and sometimes, stop and restart the Bluetooth device by long pressing the button, and press again to get it back looking for the app, then close and re-open the app. Nice info included to tell you how to hook up to a de
