STUPID FRUSTRATING APP!! Login never works. You change the password and still won't log in. The red banner shows up saying it's wrong when I just changed it! I then wait 15 minutes, thinking it might need more time, but no, it still says it's wrong! I changed my password 3 times and still won't work!!!! FIX YOUR APP!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spent 4.5 hours and 15 calls just to set up express code payments. My card never arrived, and agents couldn't find my account. The incompetence is catastrophic: one agent told me to delete my account (a mistake!), another falsely guaranteed a bank could process the code. I went to the bank, and they looked at me like an idiot. Staff lacks training, gives contradictory info, makes up solutions, and constantly drops calls. Stay away!

It's a quick way to check available balance and see a running account history. --HOWEVER-- it's WORSE than the previous app of which it's advertised as an improvement! Most of the "sort" functions do NOTHING for me. The load fee is no longer displayed, so I have to calculate whether it was applied or not. And finally, the payment notes section is removed, so now I always have to ask from whom the payment was and for what job.
