The newest quite annoying thing about this app, is that after the last update a couple weeks ago, whenever I tap the "logs" button, it either restarts the app , or it will show the "logs" screen for less than a second then goes immediately back to wherever I was . this is absolutely ridiculous. also, I have my location permission turned on, but for some reason, in the past year, it doesn't recognize where I am and I have to enter my location every single time.

I have had to completely replace the entire system twice. Instead of asking for the old system back they say "throw it away". Which goes a long way in explaining what Verizon thinks of their own system. I do like some of their advice, as "just pull off the road" when you are on a two lane road, or to "put it into inspection" before going through a scale so they law enforcement can't see the big VIOLATION error on your screen. But the all time best was an unassigned mileage of 288 miles in less than 2 minutes of driving. They really need a zero or even less than zero rating.

Would not under any circumstances recommend this app. Not even for a 4 year Olds toy truck. After 5 years, this app still does not run correctly. Fix one issue only to have another pop-up....I soooo wished the company that I work for would move on to a different app. It's not worth mentioning "this" problem as I don't feel confident that the app developers will ever get this right....just trying to save someone from the aggravation. This app is garbage....
