leaving Verizon connect was by far the most expensive and time consuming service I've ever cancelled. try it. you'll see that they make it convoluted on purpose. I ended up paying well over $1k for months of a cancelled subscription with no one to help me deal with it. you call one person and they say to call someone else. you call the other person and they say to call the other people back. I must have gone through the cancel process online 6 times and they still didn't do it. don't do it.

The directions and routing is ok... but good God this thing NEVER SHUTS UP!!! I don't need to be told 36 times that the road is going to change names!! I only need alerts if I need to change course. It was a good idea to make this app use my phone because if it were a separate unit it would be on the ground under an overpass in Chicago rn. I would like to have the turn alerts without it clicking the ENTIRE TIME IM SITTING AT A RED LIGHT!! I'll take Google maps over this garbage.

Worst navigation app out there, constantly yells at you, doesn't know the speed limits so it sets a 30 mph limit even for highways where it's 60 mph. My job requires me to not speed based on this app and it's completely making me a safety hazard. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!
