Recent updates have made the app inoperable and can no longer connect to the system. I have been hoping that there would be another update sent out to restore functionality, but it seems like it's not going to happen. I have used Lorex equipment for years now, and it's all worked better than any of the new systems other companies are releasing. But without being able to access the system through the app remotely, it would be deemed unuseful.

Update, system is still not able to send notifications of any kind. Only allows for live viewing. Can't even notify me of hard drive being full. I'm very lucky that I installed a new system that is solar powered and working great. Absolutely ridiculous that this update was sent out in it's condition. I have definitely purchased my last lorex product!!! Only reason this system is still installed. Is because it would be alot of work to take it back down. Not IMPRESSED!!! at all.

Have 16 - 16 channel units that have been working good for the past 6 years with just a few cameras go out. My issue isn't with the product, it's the Cloud app. Not only has it changed a couple times since I bought them, it still crashes. Need to purchase more units but would have to be on a different app. Would be nice to have an app that's backwards compatible and not all these different apps for different units.
