UI/UX really needs improvement. It takes too much time to load, even when switching between features like account view and user details. Also, please consider adding features to see how much money is received and spent this month, maybe with a month-wise breakdown, without needing to download the full statement. And make account details easier to copy — like account number, IFSC code, card details, etc. It’s really frustrating when you can’t copy basic info easily.

I am facing an issue with my IOB mobile banking app. I have forgotten my app passcode and tried using the “Forgot Passcode” option. However, when I proceed with the process, the OTP is supposed to be sent to my registered mobile number, but I am not receiving any OTP. Due to this, I am unable to reset my passcode and access my account. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Please let me know if you require any additional details from my side.

When i try to download your New App, Im told your app is not compatible with my device. I have OS 6.1, not compatible. Now I'm stuck with the older APP which doesn't work anymore or allow me to recharge or make complaint, I uninstalled the old App and reinstalled it and still unable to recharge. I'm not buying a new phone because your app isn't compatible. We not all rich. Useless Apps and support. Huge inconvenience to me.. Fix this or 1000s will change banks.
