I love all tha customization options on the app and i'm obsessed with taking photos especially of the sky so being able to print them is really nice although the only complaint I have is regarding when you pick the photo you want to print, it doesn't include albums and I just made an album so it was easier to find specific photos and print them but on the app it doesn't show those albums as am option

This app is useless. It's compatible with my phone, but never works. I made sure that all the permissions were granted, and the settings were correct. The app never connects, even though I was able to pair it with my bluetooth. It constantly gives me an error, saying location permission is needed. On my tablet, there are constant connection issues. I have to turn the printer/my bluetooth on/off to get a stable connection. Instax support is a joke.

I'm not sure when the update happened that changed things, but I used to be able to pinch zoom to frame my photo from the print screen. The zoom option doesn't allow as much freedom. Now my photo snaps back to the original framing during the 'print send' animation. I'll definitely use this less if I'm stuck with relatively default framing. I just tried on my galaxy tab s7+ Much better luck. Not sure where the disconnect it.
