Ratings and reviews

This app worked well until recently. Looking at the date of the latest update, 10/21/24, I suspect there may be a problem there. I scanned a receipt on 10/25/24 and it totally missed the item. I tried reporting the missing points and received message stating "We're on it." No response. The scan is not listed under my earnings. Therefore, I can't report missing points. I can't contact support as they direct you to your earnings to report problem. I rescanned the receipt. Same results. Not happy!!

This app could be greatly improved. The stores we shop at NEVER have the option of using digital receipts so we have to waste the paper and manually scan which takes considerable time. The success rate of it finding all items is maybe 80 percent. So each time a scan is done, I have to painstakingly go through the receipt and have detailed knowledge of box top eligible products. The 2 week limit is absolutely ridiculous! No receipts older than two weeks are accepted. Why?!

The app is relatively easy to use and I love that it helps schools. It's just very frustrating that you have to scan your receipt within two weeks or you don't get any points. Most people do bills by the month not every two weeks So I feel like a lot of families miss out by the time they go through receipts at the end of the month some from the beginning of the month are expired
