Pretty good app, minor flaws. You have the option to place 'hearts' on verified sneakers but there's no favorites list to quickly find them again if you were using them as a reference point. Other than that, pretty good app. Oh and during the verification process I had to make a couple 'amendments' due to the request of more pictures. Even though I took the pictures how instructed the 1st time. No biggie, that let's me know they're thorough. Will definitely use again.

So far so good, at being able to confirm the authenticity of my purchases. The instructions could be better laid out i.e. description of the required shots on each photo as you are taking it, and not a separate link with the details. Also when emailing to ask why a shoe didn't pass, the response from your customer service team should be better and more friendly then.... "you failed to take the picture correctly " you all can do better then this in your response and response time.

After an hr or more of trying to get it to let me upload pictures, with nothing but "can't connect to network" errors, I was able to get pictures uploaded....oh and I spent 30 min getting credits purchased because that kept closing. I submitted my check and now the app won't even open. It's the next day....so I can't even see my check report.
