I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

I was having issues getting Giffgaff to work, for a week. It took someone at a phone store to change settings in my phone to allow this to work properly. I followed all the suggestions, entered all the settings/instructions, still nothing. This lady had it working in a matter of minutes. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but there are settings that may block the sim from working. So be aware of that....

I've been with giffgaff for years and was always happy with what I got. But ever since I switched from pay as you go to a contract 2 or 3 months ago, I barely have any internet—most of the time I either have to rely on Wi-Fi or I’m just completely disconnected. I'm seriously considering paying the penalty for breaking the contract and moving to another provider…
