Ratings and reviews

Good for locals, but very 'foreigner-unfriendly.' The app lacks an English language option and doesn't support international credit cards or non-Indonesian phone numbers. These major limitations aren't disclosed in the FAQ, making it frustrating to navigate without a local setup and Google Translate.

Bad UI UX experiences, and too much promotions sent to notification (3-4x daily). Edit: Saya tidak ada komplain mengenai rating kosan. Masalah utama saya masih seperti di atas

I'd been using this app a year ago and found a very warm, cheap, and good house, although now I don't live at that house anymore since I move to another city. That's why I gave this 3 stars because it helped me that time. But majority of the problem are: 1. Slow respond for contacting the house guard (they rarely update their data); 2. Not really convenient to contact the house guard (it takes about 2-3 steps to finally reach the house guard through another chatting apps). Overall, this is good.
