Excellent. Is quite convenient in everything - usage, payments, tracking the status of shipment, etc. (mainly use to buy in Amazon and sent by Globbing). They frequently send packages before the stated deadline, which is quite nice. The only problem now is with sending parcels that excel the customs threshold - but even here they do so that the parcel is delivered, and you pay for it in the company's department and don't need to go to Zvartnots in person. Reallym really nice. Thank you.

Honestly, it used to be good. Emphasis on used to. Now, they advertise the standard delivery as 3-6 days, but when they send it out, they indicate 8 days. On the day that it was supposed to arrive, it was delayed twice. From 28th of July to 3rd of August. And from 3rd of August to 11th. Same package delayed from 3-6 days to 23 days. Oh and the funny part. I asked for compensation, and yeah... Not happening. That's how you lose a long term customer.

Not rating the app here bit rather service. When it works - it work alright. But when there are delays - no compensation, no explanation. Supposed to arrive on 30 June. Then it turns into 7 July. Now it is 14 July. No excuse, no explanation, no compensation. Frustration and disappointnemnt. Us works fine. Will look for alternative for Europe. Another update : it is late ONE MORE WEEK. So overall 1 month later than what was promised. No bonuses, no explanation. NEVER ORDER FROM GERMANY!!
