unfortunately the app was not working properly from the get-go the minute I registered and after it sent the verification code to my email I tried to get connected to the app and it just went in a spinning wheel of death which generally means the app is thinking. it did this multiple times at the point that I just decided to quit. fix the glitches. it's a great idea of an app

Wanted to change the spark plugs on my car myself, and it was my first time. After registering and checking out the price figured I would give it a shot. Man was I glad I did! The mechanic was super friendly and patient showing me how to do the repair and gave me some good tips! Saved myself a good $300. Definitely going to try it again for the next repair I try myself since I saw you can connect with the same mechanic again.

I love the Tinker team. Great company. Great ideas. Great safety features, and then they came out with the app. I really enjoy it and think it's a must for everyone to at least download and check it out. You'll learn a lot and find out things you never knew. It's well put together, definitely not boring. The site will intrigue you with what you find out, so it's a definite five in my mind.
