it's pretty bad but I have no choice. For one, the user interface is really ugly. The dates get messed up most times so transactions that happen previously are still at the top while newer transactions are below it. I have no idea where the money is debited to because it doesn't label the transition properly or consistently because sometimes it would show a store name and then like 5 minutes later it would change the labels and all you'll see is "pre point of sale debit" all caps. please fix it!

Can't use the app with an ATM to reset pin. Customer service give inaccurate info to reset pin and refuse to answer text messages. App does not allow direct debits nor payments to customers of other banks. Can't add debit card to Google wallet, PayPal, Apple Pay etc.

There is a bug that does not detect the internet connection....How could I download the app with my internet, but the same app can not open because it can't detect internet connection?
