Terrible and not user friendly. First time I used it for delivery the store contacted me and told me they didn't do deliveries at that time and I had to pick up myself w/c defeated the purpose of the app. Next transaction they had more than half of my cart items unavailable which ended up with me having to cancel my order. Last time I used it, they also had a ton of items in my cart unavailable and had to text back and forth just so I could find replacement items. Refund was 5-7 days if i cancel

App is laggy and most of the times unresponsive. I ordered it last night to be delivered today. Delivery was set 11am to 1pm. It is already 3pm and I still have not received the order. Very poor customer service through app or via phone number. This is supposed to help for a less hassle purchase but turned out to be more stressful. Dont waste your time downloading.

Very slow app. I already paid via credit card and the status doesn't update automatically. Still pending payment. I'm worried they won't process my order.
