Love home exchange. However the app never recognizes my searches. Even Paris, France. I have to scroll over the world map (if the nap will load, which is rare) and zoom in on the city I want to search. I should be able to type in the city name in the search bar, but it never recognizes any cities. In response to home exchange's response to my review: the cities rarely pop up in autofill. I can type Paris, France and nothing pops up.

I spent over 2 hours struggling to finalize an exchange request because of a technical bug on their platform. Once the exchange was officially approved, I spent several more hours preparing — packing luggage, arranging bedding, and then getting everything ready at the apartment as I had already entered it Then, without previous warning, the exchange was cancelled. I had already paid, and no refund was issued. Their response from a guy named Franck? Essentially, “it’s not our problem.”

How is your guest point system better than listing my place on Airbnb and using the proceeds to travel, which has a larger network without a steep annual fee, plus I can book a place there instantly without the overhead that many of the reviews lament? I'm genuinely interested and considering your platform, just need this explained before I pay.
