Surprised to see very low rating and it goes down day by day. But another surprise is that I did not face any issue since I downloaded this app which is around 1 month ago. All accounts shown. Savings, Current, SSY, Kids account. All of them synced. Able to use transactions of money transfer to self accounts, to other accounts. View balance of all accounts, etc. Haven't faced any challenges.

I tried using the app and wanted to open my account with this one. I never liked the old app and it was from the 90s the app user interface never appealed me to go through but today I made an attempt to open an account with this one. The app opening animation isn't smooth and lags. The user interface could have been much more better. You can check all the emerging banks and their UI layouts like they are so much better. The user interface needs to be enhanced more. However, the attempt is nice.

Worst experience when compared to the old version. It was showing an error when logging in to the app sometimes. Also, many options are not working fine and showing unusual errors. Very disappointed with the new experience. Also there is no option to pay the jumbo loan EMI through the application. But the old one does have the option to pay it in advance. The newer version is not too user friendly at all.
