This App was working fine when I installed IT and created a quick Access pin. But when I reset my phone and again I installed this App, it's not allowing me to access my Account with Quick Access pin. When I click on forget pin, it's asking my cell phone number and username. But my username consists of alphabets with numerical values. So when I enter username, it see only numerical keyboard with no alphabets on it... How do I change or reset my quick Access pin now? Please look into this issue and fix it ASAP.
App now takes personalized customer ID. I no more have to remember the complex no. That's a great news!! Thanks HDFC. If only FINGERPRINT LOGIN was possible, i would give 5 stars for the ease and simplicity right from the time of login to seamless app experience. Till that time I keep hdfc on 4 stars. Make it happen HDFC. ITS THE NEED OF THE HOUR.
Very Good app and works always on time. I am preffering netbanking only on HDFC as this has changed my life with so ease and it really works for me in time of needs. Thanks Team HDFC for making such a handy app. Redemption of points also happened with in week. The only problem is sometimes gets sign out by itself,still i feel that is ok ..happy with app. I just Cant think of my android phone without this app....thanks team HDFC.
Dear HDFC, the app is good but it can be great. I don't want to compare with other bank apps but I would like to see more improvements especially on BHIM as it always hangs when approving and it takes forever. And UI can be made more easier and inclusion of finger printer login will be nice. Honestly the best experience I have had on ICICI!
Hdfc bank sucks. It took me more than an hour to connect with customer service. Why do I need to add beneficiary for IMPS transaction?( as told by customer care that i have to do it first) So it takes 24 hours to reflect beneficiary and u can transfer only limited amount for 2 days. Shifting all my money to kotak.
Edit: The new update is laggy as hell. Changing to 1 star. Original thoughts - Pros : performs most functions available on the Web Application. Great user interface. Cons : Always on, even after closing multiple times, thereby using up data. Also, mobile recharge doesn't work. Poor customer support. Had written to them but no response.
