Terrible app. Can't easily find your benefit card information, can't look up things you just submitted to see a status. you get a confirmation number once you've submitted with no details telling you what claim you just processed. What if I did 3 different ones?

Bloody useless. Features missing in browser, so you're forced to download this app. Won't accept PDFs or other standard invoice formats. I've been denied for every claim submitted so far - despite all of them being under my coverage. The automated invoice reader doesn't seem to recognize dates, so I get rejected because they think I've resubmitted duplicates. Homepage looks like Groupon, with all the affiliate links - gives you an indicator of the type and level of service to expect.

I must use this app to process certain claims but the app won't let me login. "Your member status is not supported by this mobile app." I know what you're thinking: I did something wrong, but even still, there's no documentation indicating who can use the app and who can't. Even in my insurance contract it said to immediately login using this app. That was weeks ago. I still can only login to the desktop app.
