Ratings and reviews

Oh my! The new version (20) has a new UI compared to version 18 and earlier. I must say, it's seems like the user experience is worse now. Upon opening, instead of landing on a page that presents all the actions available, it's just a summary page from where you select the device you want to work with. Selecting the device brings you to a much less intuitive page, where you have to scroll quite a bit, including passed large ads, to find the options. It's much less convenient. Going back to v.18.

This app does not work with android phones. Don't bother buying an HP printer, you will never get it to connect to the internet. I've tried with 3 different phones, it only works with iPhone to get the printer connected to the internet. But it ends up disconnecting every few weeks and has to be re setup over and over. Also you can only print a few pages, 10 at most before all the ink is run out. Complete waste of money

So much better! Looks a little different but with the same basic navigation. Easy to select a printer, then what you want to do... but so far it has worked so much better for me. No more random logging out even when switching networks, prints and scans actually go through and no more stuck "waiting" for nothing. My only complaint is to ask why didn't you fix it sooner?!
