This has been a nightmare of 2 years! I've spent multiple hours on multiple attempts to just remedy the connection to my phone last year, and this year... can't even get in at all. Yes, new batteries, talking with techs and local industry venders, and nothing but a WASTE OF TIME! It's nice I can run it manually for an hour, but you get the same result from a plastic POS from cheap stores for 1/10th the $$$. DON"T BUY IT IF THEY WON"T FIX IT!!!

App has issues and timer runs every day instead of at the scheduled times.. contacted customer service and got a generic "understand the urgency of this matter and assure you that we are prioritizing the resolution process" well it's been over a week and it's not fixed... I'm just going to return it and buy a competitors device with an app that works...

frustrating. The phone needs to be almost next to the device to connect. Setting a zone to a desired time is next to impossible. sometimes it works but most often it doesn't. With the time wasted to get the timer to work it's just as easy to go to the tap and turn it on then come back later and turn it off. Come on guys.. you need to do better. I can't trust the app to work correctly. on reading all the complaints I regret buying the unit.
