With HyWork you have everything under control: create shifts, manage assignments and replacements, get a report on the activities performed. With a click, from your smartphone or any PC!

Shift management and control
With HyWork you create shifts (for different locations, workspaces and customers) and assign them to one or more collaborators. From PC or smartphone, see at a glance if shifts are covered or if they require your intervention.

Availability management
With HyWork you know immediately who among your collaborators is available (or more qualified) for the assignment or replacement of a shift, based on the tasks required and their calendar which also includes holidays, leaves and sickness.

The collaborator always up to date
With HyWork, there will be no more misunderstandings. With the free HyWork App (for Android and iOS smartphones), your collaborators will see their shift plan always updated and will be able to request holidays or a replacement. Any changes to the shift will be reported to interested parties with a notification.

Activity reporting
With the HyWork App, your collaborators can compile the report of the activity carried out during the shift. With a click from their smartphone and from anywhere, they will be able to send you actual times, time/start and time/end and comments that you can export to excel.
