I would love to give a great review for this app... I really would. But as I've had it for years and they still don't have service in my area, and now I'm getting daily Push Notifications about it, I'm just over it. I wanted to support a Black-owned business (or Black started at least) but I never could use it and the ads are just harassment.

Excellent customer service! Really puts the customer first and not looking stuff they're own pockets with money. Had a minor issue, (not even they're fault) was unable to use their platform and they immediately refunded me. Then, paid for my transportation even though I had to use competitor company and did this without me even asking, just to make sure I was taken care of and got where I needed to go. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Honestly puts Uber/Lyft/DoorDash to ABSOLUTE shame. Highly recommend!

Seeing this app progress and update is recommended. Much better over the past year and I'll be looking for steady improvements. I think that user experience is better from Apple Store but this app is approaching parity. Stay tuned...
