Ratings and reviews

The app once setup is smooth to use and never lets you down. However, during the first setup on new device, you might wonder on how to put up the QR code. It was sorted for me, by my organization internal threads. Overall , a very handy app after the setup.

I keep getting the error "Can't play this video." It doesn't allow me to migrate to the QR Scan page. Please help.

When I open the app to connect an account, show me a message "Cannot play this video" and I cannot make more nothing. Impossible to use
