Ratings and reviews

Zero customer accountability. Unfair refund practices. Sent the wrong product, and then forced wallet credit. Ordered a plant with a specific pot but received a different one without prior notice. If a product isn’t available, customers should be informed first. If you send the wrong product, a proper return/refund policy is a must. They refused full bank refund and forced wallet credits. Later, they only refunded the bank-paid part and kept the rest in wallet.

Poor product quality and disappointing customer service Ordered a personalized bottle as a gift, but the name was poorly printed, badly placed, and visibly faded. It looked cheap and was completely unsuitable for gifting. The worst part was customer support. Instead of accepting the return, they kept offering discount coupons for future orders. Why would I order again after such an experience? Very disappointing. I would not recommend IGP.

Very disappointing experience. The delivery timeline shown before purchase promised same-day delivery, but after placing the order, the status remained stuck on “Preparing” with no meaningful update. The only customer support available is a WhatsApp chatbot that repeatedly provides generic, automated responses without actually addressing the issue. It feels like an effort to make customers go in circles rather than resolve their concerns.
