pathetic service! The team lives in an oblivious world. I placed an order for 5 items and none of these were delivered and the app marked the items as delivered. Tried contacting the customer service and to no surprise they were even worse. No help or refunds were provided, they just want you to move in circles without any proper clarification or help. Highly disappointed.

SCAM APP! I ordered a product and they delivered something completely different without telling me. When I asked about it, they said the original item wasn’t available. And instead of giving a proper refund, they pushed the money into the IGP wallet. Why would I order again if I can’t trust what I’ll receive? It’s embarrassing to send gifts through this app.

Worst Service Ever – Order Not Delivered & Forced Wallet Refund I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the pathetic service provided by IGP. I placed an order with full payment, and after waiting patiently, your customer support casually informed me that my order is “out of stock.” This information was given only after the order date, wasting my time, money, and trust. What is even more unacceptable is that instead of refunding my money to the original payment method, I was told
