Ratings and reviews

I'm glad you finally made an app for your services, but it's about as basic as possible. I like the data removal service and get a lot less scam calls. Occasionally seeing the emails you send firsthand when a data broker replies and cc's me is great so I see proof that these deletion request emails are actually going out. Until you add more than a basic dashboard and read only profile screen, I can't give it more than 2 stars. I'll be back with a higher score once it reflects the website more.

Layout Issue for Samsungs. I downloaded the app on 9/13. At the Exposure Scan, select a state, enter a city, and the Get Started button drops down behind the navigation buttons. User cannot do anything to advance to the next step. Sent an email the same night to the app developer. No response. App layout is the same today.

You can't click on the Get Started button in the app, so what's the point of that? Who designed your app? You obviously have tried to use your app on an Android phone. You can't click on 'Get started' !!! 😂
