Downloaded the app so I didn't have to log into the web version every time, but I can't even log into it. Every time I try it says my credentials are invalid, even though they are EXACTLY THE SAME as what I use for the web version and I have no issues logging in there. It even let me change the password and then said my new password was invalid... Uninstalling and resorting to the web version. It's a pain, but at least it works.

This app is useless 9 times out of 10. Whether I have full signal or am even on wifi, I get no connection errors for days at a time. On the off chance I can get it to be online, the punches are gamble on whether or not they will be logged, and if they aren't, they won't be recorded when the app is allowed to be online again anyways so what's the point?

the mobile app is very bare-bones compared to the actual website, but the mobile version of the website is not mobile friendly, so it regularly requires me to log in on a standard computer just to do something as simple as check my company's time off calendar or download paystubs. it's fine if all you need to do is clock in or out, but once you get away from that, just use the website on a PC.
