lebara's app is simple to use . the only slight annoyance is that you have to get a code to change your details but it's not hard. Their help line can be a bit tricky because you have to stay on the page the whole time to get someone and if you leave you start all over again so you can't go and use another app, it took me 25 minutes once, they were helpful though

Trying for a whole month back and forth to look for a tick or untick auto recharge option within the app as their customer service said, but nowhere to find it and very user unfriendly app

Trash service. I ordered a sim, says it'll take half a month for standard delivery WITHIN Australia. My parcels from the UK and China come faster than that. If the postal service is so unreliable, I wonder how bad the actual service is going to be. Thank god I only ordered the a monthly plan to start, I'll just go and get another brands sim from a shop, at least it won't be sent tied to a pigeon's leg.
